Due West Carpentry and Renovations Ltd. on the North Shore of Vancouver provides comprehensive construction services from framing carpentry to renovation carpentry. From building house additions and laneway houses to renovation and remodelling carpentry including all structural and timber frame carpentry and other exposed architectural systems. Regardless of the scope of work we will maintain an organized, consistent, reliable and rapid level of performance in all of the construction services that we engage in. We are also licensed and Insured for "Structural Changes" and pay additional charges for that particular insurance coverage rider.

A very large 'opening' was created in a 'Weight Bearing' wall seperating the kitchen from the dining room. The outiside corner was 'squared off' and a closet was implemented. Door opening's were also increased in 'matching' height to 'open' the kitchen up. This project has a Letter of 'Reference' (Link)
